1 kilogram of potatoes
1 unit of Lettuce

½ kilogram of hard white cheese
½ kilogram of Walnuts
½ cup of milk (120 milliliters)
2 units of hot yellow peppers
2 units of soda crackers
1 jet of Oil
1 pinch of salt
How to make Peruvian Huancaina Potatoes:
The first thing we are going to do is prepare the sauce for the potatoes. To do this, put the milk and the onion previously peeled and cut into the blender and begin to beat. Then add the walnuts, cheese, and chili peppers and continue to blend. Lastly, add the soda crackers to thicken the sauce.
